Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan pengadaan barang/jasa dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Institut Teknologi Bandung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Institut Teknologi Bandung, dengan obyek penelitian dibatasi hanya terhadap variabel pelatihan pengadaan barang/jasa dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel terikat. Populasi yaitu pegawai pengadaan barang/jasa sejumlah 229 orang, sampel 146 orang, diambil dengan cara simple random sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan regresi linier multiple dan analisis path. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh variabel pelatihan pengadaan barang/jasa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Institut Teknologi Bandung. Variabel komitmen organisasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Institut Teknologi Bandung. Variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Institut Teknologi Bandung adalah faktor pelatihan pengadaan barang/jasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelatihan pengadaan barang/jasa dan komitmen organisasi mempengaruhi secara signifikan (p=0,000) terhadap kinerja pegawai di ITB secara simultan maupun parsial dengan nilai total koefisien jalur 78,4%. Indikasi adanya pengaruh lain sebesar 21,6%. Pelatihan pengadaan barang/jasa dan komitmen organisasi mampu mendorong meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Disarankan pelaksanaan pelatihan pengadaan barang/jasa lebih ditingkatkan dan diarahkan dalam bentuk peningkatan jumlah pelatihan, bimbingan teknis, dan pembuatan buku petunjuk/pedoman teknis. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of training goods/service and organizational commitment at the Institute of Technology Bandung. The study conducted in the scope of the Institute of Technology Bandung, with the object of study is limited only to the variables of training goods/service and organizational commitment performance as the dependent variable. Population that is official procurement of goods/service number 229, 146 samples, with simple random sampling technique. The results showed training procurement of goods/services and significantly (p=0,000) influence the organizational commitment to the employee performance of ITB simultaneous partial or total value of the coefficient of 78.4% band. Indication of the influence of other 21.6%. Training procurement of goods/services and organizational commitment can motivate employee to improve performance. Recommended the training procurement of goods/ services is further enhanced and directed in the form of an increasing number of good training, technical guidance, and produce some module/technical guidelines.
